The future of real estate and fund management is being reshaped by Artificial Intelligence. To stay ahead, ESR has partnered with General Assembly to launch the AI Champions programme.

This is more than a training course—it’s an opportunity to become a driver of innovation within ESR. Participants will build in-demand technical capabilities to automate complex processes, generate deeper data insights, and play a leading role in advancing ESR’s digital transformation.

From theory to high-impact prototypes

Master the tools that are redefining the modern workplace. This hands-on programme moves beyond the basics, focusing on practical deployment and real-world results.

Key learning outcomes:

Prompt Engineering

Master advanced strategies to interact with Large Language Models (LLMs).

AI Architecture

Design scalable systems the latest AI frameworks.

Automation

Streamline repetitive data preparation and business workflows.

Rapid Prototyping

Build and assess AI prototypes tailored to ESR’s specific business challenges.

What to expect

We are looking for dedicated “Champions” ready to balance their current roles with intensive upskilling.

  • Total Duration: 40 hours of instruction.
  • Schedule: 3-4 months
    • Part 1 – Three consecutive full day workshops (21 hours)
    • Part 2 – Four half-day workshops over next two months (19 hours)
  • Format: Hybrid, blended learning experience with expert-led workshops, skills labs, and independent project work.
  • Eligibility: Team applications only. Each application must be submitted by a nominated team lead on behalf of a project team with a clear project concept (Recommended team size: 3–5 employees).

We aren’t just looking for learners; we’re looking for problem solvers. As part of your application, you must submit a Project Proposal. Identify a specific bottleneck, manual process, or data challenge within your department that you believe AI can solve. During the programme, you will work to build a solution for this exact problem statement.
